This research aims to develop, test the feasibility and effectiveness of interactive multimedia based on Appy Pie improve cognitive learning outcomes students in grade V SD Negeri Kemijen 02, Semarang City. type is development (R&D) using ADDIE model. Data collection techniques include non-test test. data analysis technique uses normality test, homogeneity t-test, N-Gain results showed that Pie-based included covers, instructions for use, concept maps, competencies, materials, videos, discussion pages, AI chatbots, evaluations. media experts are 97.91% "very feasible", material 89.28% feasible". proven through t-test which shows a significance value 0.000 (<0.05) with an N-gain 0.68 medium category. concludes pie-based has been successfully developed very feasible effective category IPAS 02
