One of the developments in world education is using virtual labs as a medium for carrying out practical work. The aim this research to determine application interactive lab practicum media based on STEM approach increasing students' scientific literacy and learning motivation. subjects were students odd semester 2023/2024 academic year who took basic chemistry lectures topic reaction rates. method uses quantitative with quasi-experimental design form one group pretest posttest design. instruments used multiple-choice test measure questionnaire Data analysis study descriptive statistics including n-gain percentage calculations. Based results data analysis, it was found that increase 0.46 moderate criteria. Scientific skills have increased significantly aspect explaining phenomena by 82%. Student motivation also an average 77% before 83% after learning.
