<b>Background:</b> Yoga’s influence on the well-being and performance of youth has garnered increasing attention due to its numerous benefits, such as stress reduction, enhanced concentration, improved physical fitness. However, research awareness practice yoga among in Nepal remains limited. Therefore, this study aims examine level involvement high school students Nepal.<br /> <b>Methods:</b> A descriptive, cross-sectional design is followed students’ participants N = 226, selected institutions Kathmandu District. The focused two institutions: One institutes situated Bashundhara, Kathmandu, another Kamaladi, Kathmandu. Stratified sampling method used. Researchers utilized self-administered tools. These tools were self-designed consultation with experts, underwent pilot testing, reliability validity testing. Additionally, descriptive Chi-square tests administered.<br <b>Results:</b> revealed that 49.8% had a poor about yoga. majority respondents (90.5%) reported not having habit practicing yoga.<br <b>Conclusion</b>: current found knowledge yoga, only few engaged it. findings suggest gap between practice. evidence suggests regular supports enhancement mental performance. researchers strongly recommend academic leadership, parents, teachers introduce packages schools implement interventions, life skills education, promote maintain sustainable habits.

Abstract Background: The importance of the impact public health and social determinants on maternal factors for academic nurturing cognitive development preschool children family-based institutional nutrition interventions reveals a concerning prevalence suboptimal behaviours across all countries. Early intervention strategies to cultivate healthy habits, particularly in childcare settings, highlight addressing socioeconomic barriers that prevent families from adopting health-promoting behaviours. Methods: Creating engaging learning experiences, providing emotional warmth, fostering interactions are essential children's development. This study explored influencing 389 (aged 3-5) Rupandehi District, Nepal. A cross-sectional survey design employing multistage random sampling was used collect demographic data, alongside caregivers' nurturance practices, through validated instruments interviews. Data analysis conducted via IBM SPSS version 26, with significance set at p<0.05. Results: Forty-eight percent thefamilies were economically disadvantaged, only 15.5% caregivers exhibited high levels nurturance. While itself did not have direct effect development, unadjusted revealedpositive associations between wealth status, education, family structure, caste/ethnicity age children. Multivariate confirmed type, childwere key predicting The economic status predictor (β = -0.254, p 0.000), negative association lower poorer added as predictors -0.003, 0.954), accounting 8.0% variance (R² 8.0%), an F-statistic 4.667 (p 0.000). This research study aims to explore the informational organizational behavior employees in healthcare sector, focusing on their perception literacy a constantly changing environment. Abstract Background: Early childhood cognitive development is influenced by a range of socio-economic, emotional, and environmental factors. This study investigates the association between emotional nurturance in preschool-aged children Western Tarai Nepal. Methods: A cross-sectional was conducted with 391 preschoolers from diverse socio-economic backgrounds. Cognitive outcomes were assessed, data, including Health-caregiver education, occupation, caste/ethnicity, family structure, analyzed alongside scores. Multivariate linear regression models used to assess associations, adjusting for relevant covariates. Results: Age certain factors significantly associated outcomes. Children aged 36–48 months showed notably higher scores compared older age groups, joint families scored than those nuclear families.
