as

renewable
sources.
Despite
northern
location
and
limited
sunlight
during
winter
months,
Finland
has
effectively
harnessed
power,
especially
long
summer
days.
We
conducted
a
PESTLE
analysis,
highlighting
political
commitment
climate
agreements,
economic
benefits
energy,
public
support
for
clean
technological
advancements,
regulatory
support,
environmental
benefits.
In
addition,
we
applied
the
autoregressive
distributed
lag
model
(ARDL)
impact
GDP
per
capita,
urbanization
(URB),
foreign
direct
investments
(FDI),
share
primary
consumption
from
(SOL)
on
CO2
emissions
1990–2022.
The
long-term
findings
show
that
SOL,
URB,
FDI
negatively
emissions,
while
positively
impacts
emissions.
Solar
deployment
reflects
effectiveness
cleaner
alternative
fossil
fuels.
Urbanization
also
shows
negative
due
better
infrastructure

efficient
use
urban
