The growing number of undergraduate students juggling jobs and studies poses problems for attaining work-life integration. Understanding the factors influencing this integration is critical, especially in context flexible work arrangements (FWA) workload. purpose study to investigate impact FWA workload on among working Indonesia, focusing contradiction that flexibility promotes balance increases job demands. Abstract This paper reviews on the concept of work that has undergone a remarkable transformation after post-COVID-19 pandemic in Malaysia among Knowledge Nomad with changes, adapting and redefining their lifestyles to fit evolving landscape. Introduction The adoption of artificial intelligence (AI) in the workplace is changing way organizations function, and profoundly affecting employees. These organizational changes raise crucial questions about employee’s future well-being. Our study aims to explore intersection between employee well-being through a bibliometric review contextual analysis. Methodology Carried out May 2024, our divided into two phases. first phase, dedicated review, was conducted using PRISMA method, explored Scopus Web Science databases for period from 2015 2024.
