Digital transformation is a process in which the latest technologies are used various business fields to keep pace with continuous changes. It involves strategic and profound integration of digital into an organization’s core operations, processes, models. In this study, quantitative approach was study impact DT adoption on public sector transformational change projects United Arab Emirates (UAE). The diffusion innovation theory (DIT) unified acceptance use technology model (UTAUT) were factor analysis. This highlights that initiatives UAE have benefited from alignment government initiatives, such as AI blockchain strategies. This research aims to analyze the Ministry of Finance's digital transformation implementation strategy and factors that influence its success. method is qualitative with secondary data analysis consisting report documents, working papers, scientific articles other relevant documents.
