The rapid development of digital technologies and their active implementation in all spheres the economy, on one hand, contribute to increased control over activities economic entities, other create new challenges associated with dynamic cybercrime. purpose article is analyze global trends cybercrime 2016-2023 (by calculating national levels cybercrime) model mechanisms combating it order form a global, open safe cyberspace, protect population from cyber threats fraud, increase effectiveness financial monitoring procedures transactions cyberspace. presents dominant directions, evolutionary, temporal spatial patterns crime clustering countries, identification leaders outsiders field (through visualization density maps based construction self-organized Kohonen maps). results calculations confirm significant level world since 2016 (in particular, due COVID-19 pandemic transformation). A comparative analysis indicator across countries made possible distinguish those highest rates (Slovenia, Iceland, Moldova, Georgia) significantly higher security (Greece, Belgium, France, Germany).

The study aims to analyze the impact of challenges and opportunities related corruption, regulatory barriers doing business, innovativeness business environment, development institutions policies that ensure economic prosperity on MSMEs in Central-Western Asia countries. paper chooses seven Central-West Asian countries using Development Bank statistics for 2010–2021. Based eleven indicators (the absolute values dynamics number MSMEs, their employees, contribution GDP, financing by banks non-banking financial institutions) factor analysis, composite indicator MSMEs’ was calculated. highest levels 2021 were observed Kazakhstan (1.248), Uzbekistan (1.120), Azerbaijan (1.043), lowest Kyrgyz Republic (0.676). Employing a panel regression analysis with time-fixed effects (for all countries), connections between Corruption Perceptions Index, Ease Doing Business Global Competitiveness Innovation Index explored. greatest 2019 – an increase one unit higher it is, less corruption is considered experts), MSME increased 0.26 units. With Business, Competitiveness, Indices (growth indicates deterioration country’s rating position), decreases 0.68, 0.69, 0.67 units, respectively.
