Abstract Visual control systems are integral to enhancing efficiency, ensuring quality, and maintaining safety in the food industry. This study investigates application of visual tools within a production enterprise located Silesian province, aligning these practices with principles Toyota Production System (TPS). tools, such as monitoring information boards, enable real-time decision-making, promote adherence stringent quality standards like HACCP, IFS, BRC, support continuous improvement. The research, conducted using BOST questionnaire, highlights key factors valued by workers, cleanliness, flow, monitoring. results demonstrate effectiveness addressing industry’s unique challenges underline its potential for broader implementation small medium-sized enterprises. aims bridge theoretical practical applications, providing insights into optimizing processes through management philosophy.

Abstract The integration of occupational health and safety (OHS) systems into the food production sector is critical for ensuring employee well-being, operational efficiency product safety, among other things. This study explores implementation an integrated OHS system in a processing facility, emphasizing risk reduction, training, process optimization. results demonstrate significant decrease workplace incidents, from 3.4 to 1.2 per 100 employees, achieved through modernizing technology, enhancing ergonomics, implementing comprehensive training programs. Despite these successes, challenges such as initial resistance change, financial constraints with existing highlight areas requiring further refinement. highlights importance continuous monitoring, use modernization engagement sustainable OSH improvements. obtained provide practical insights manufacturers who aim improve standards processes.
