The objective: to determine the endometrial receptivity markers in women who underwent procedure of vitro fertilization (IVF). Materials and methods. study included 191 patients applied reproductive department Caspian International Hospital from 2020 2022 for an examination infertility.The main group 50 with infertility biopsy during implantation window (7th–9th days after ovulation cycle preceding IVF stage); control – 20 treatment male a positive program result.The according standard method. following expression levels were determined: leukemia inhibiting factor (LIF); vascular endothelial growth (VEGF); transforming factor-β1 (TGF-β1). percentage area indices was estimated.Results. In absence embryo transfer 5 (10%) cases, no pregnancy 27 (54%) presence 23 (46%) disruption 3 (6%) cases.According results histological group, complete secretory transformation endometrium determined 85% cases. detected 48%, defective 42%, morphological signs changes corresponding average phase 10% women.A significant decrease (p<0.001) LIF structures (stroma) revealed compared one. most pronounced differences observed level TGF-β1 stroma (approximately 10-fold; p<0.001).Conclusions. Thus, infertile have multidirectional markers: epithelium, increase VEGF stroma, epithelium. These indicate abnormal functional state affect (absence oocyte failure conceive).
