Study the digital visual image of intelligent chatbots as a sample, analyze design trends and direct practice to improve user interaction. In study, method combining literature review empirical research is adopted. Through analysis existing collection cases, trend style discussed. Design options for images were analyzed, their comparative classification was created. Based on study directions evolution chatbot, main types stylistic solutions have been determined – from traditional abstract/anthropomorphic. The aims explore latest innovative ideas in meet needs users challenges technological progress, create unique attractive users, realize new human-computer interaction experience. results provide guidance suggestions visuals aimed at creating more attractive, friendly effective images, well increasing practical value application satisfaction chatbots.
