Teachers' Perceptions Towards Decision-Making Processes: A Case Study of Secondary Schools in Rwanda

<i>The
significance
of
participatory
decision-making
in
educational
institutions
is
widely
acknowledged
as
essential
school
management
and
administration.
This
study
aimed
to
determine
how
involved
teachers
are
making
decisions
their
schools
what
role
they
think
play
shaping
different
parts
policies
procedures.
It
also
looked
at
perspectives
on

schools.
Semi-structured
interviews
with
10
secondary
focused
teachers'

routine
tasks,
strategic
decision-making,

ajaran

Islam.
Lingkungan
suasana

hidup
mengikuti
Islam
dapat
berkembang
tercermin
sikap
keterampilan
anggota
komunitas
madrasah.
Penelitian
menggunakan
pendekatan
kualitatif
dengan
jenis
penelitian
deskriptif.
Data
dikumpulkan
melalui
observasi,
wawancara,
dokumentasi.
Subjek
adalah
122
siswa
kelas
IX
2
guru
akidah
akhlak
MTs
Al-Ihsan
Tanah
Grogot.
Hasil
menunjukkan
bahwa
pembentukan
Grogot
dilakukan
berbagai
upaya,
antara
lain:
1)
Pembiasaan,
metode
pembiasaan
terbukti
sangat
efektif
menanamkan
agama
kepada
siswa.
Hal
membiasakan
untuk
melakukan
amalan
ibadah,
seperti
sholat,
mengaji,
membaca
Al-Qur'an.
2)
Keteladanan,
Guru
staf
madrasah
menjadi
teladan
bagi
berperilaku
bertutur
kata
sesuai
agama.
3)
Kegiatan
keagamaan,
menyelenggarakan
kegiatan
pengajian,
zikir,
tadarus

Penelitian
