Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menyelidiki dampak transformasi kepemimpinan kepala sekolah di era digital dalam pengelolaan administrasi pendidikan berbasis teknologi terhadap hasil belajar siswa, pengembangan profesionalisme guru, dan efisiensi manajemen sekolah. Desain penelitian metode kualitatif, dengan data yang dikumpulkan melalui wawancara semi-terstruktur pimpinan sekolah, siswa. juga melibatkan analisis dokumen kebijakan prosedur terkait integrasi triangulasi data. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa telah secara signifikan meningkatkan siswa SMP Muhammadiyah Tanah Grogot. Penggunaan perangkat lunak sumber daya online memungkinkan mengakses materi pembelajaran dipersonalisasi, mengarah pada peningkatan kinerja akademik. Selain itu, penggunaan platform penilaian umpan balik memfasilitasi pemantauan kemajuan tepat waktu efektif, sehingga para guru memberikan intervensi sasaran. menyoroti dari mengidentifikasi beberapa tantangan membutuhkan pertimbangan cermat oleh pemimpin Rekomendasi diajukan mengatasi tantangan-tantangan tersebut efektivitas Grogot digital.

<i>The significance of participatory decision-making in educational institutions is widely acknowledged as essential school management and administration. This study aimed to determine how involved teachers are making decisions their schools what role they think play shaping different parts policies procedures. It also looked at perspectives on made by others carried out schools. Semi-structured interviews with 10 secondary focused teachers' related routine tasks, strategic decision-making, decisions, willingness participate decision-making. showed that low participation attributed shared desire be administration-related decisions. Teachers expressed school-based can promote collaboration collectivism among the staff, it plays a significant work satisfaction motivation. By gaining insights into perspectives, this aims contribute broader understanding Rwandan education system communicate potential improvements for fostering more collaborative inclusive environment.</i>

Artikel ini membahas tentang pentingnya pendidikan dalam membentuk karakter religius di Madrasah Tsanawiyah. Pendidikan dianggap sebagai salah satu pilar utama bangsa, karena yang diterapkan negara memiliki pengaruh besar terhadap keseluruhan masyarakat. Pembentukan berarti menciptakan lingkungan didominasi oleh nilai-nilai agama, khususnya ajaran dan Islam. Lingkungan suasana mana pandangan hidup mengikuti Islam dapat berkembang tercermin sikap keterampilan anggota komunitas madrasah. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan jenis penelitian deskriptif. Data dikumpulkan melalui observasi, wawancara, dokumentasi. Subjek adalah 122 siswa kelas IX 2 guru akidah akhlak MTs Al-Ihsan Tanah Grogot. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa pembentukan Grogot dilakukan berbagai upaya, antara lain: 1) Pembiasaan, metode pembiasaan terbukti sangat efektif menanamkan agama kepada siswa. Hal membiasakan untuk melakukan amalan ibadah, seperti sholat, mengaji, membaca Al-Qur'an. 2) Keteladanan, Guru staf madrasah menjadi teladan bagi berperilaku bertutur kata sesuai agama. 3) Kegiatan keagamaan, menyelenggarakan kegiatan pengajian, zikir, tadarus

Religious moderation aligns with the principles of sustainable development by fostering a culture peace, justice, and inclusivity. Islamic educational settings often integrate religious values into ELT curriculum, incorporating stories, teachings, ethical language learning materials activities. By using this methodological approach, research aims to provide valuable insights effective strategies key challenges in encouraging through an education environment.
