Abstract: This research uses a quantitative paradigm and survey method. It aims to determine the influence of strategic management transformational leadership on school quality. The technique used in this is total sampling technique, taking entire population be studied. results study show that there significant (1) quality based level significance (Sig = 0.000) correlation coefficient value 6.14 > 1.68, which 46%; (2) with 4.14 28%; (3) simultaneously 18.854 3.20, 47%. Entrepreneurship education plays a crucial role in improving college students' entrepreneurial skills. With the significant momentum gained by digital entrepreneurship, there is an urgent need for transformation entrepreneurship education. However, (EEDT) developing rapid but fragmented manner, which requires more systematic guidance. This study aims to assess current research themes and formulate framework transformation. The employs literature review theory triangulation method. The goal of Ghana's technical and vocational education training (TVET) is to provide the youth with skills necessary for socio-economic growth nation. Although TVET acknowledged as an important sub-sector industrial growth, standard instruction at basic level has continued deteriorate. aim this study was determine how well programme met students' skill requirements job creation, 126 teachers from one Municipal four districts provided study's quantitative data in Ashanti Region Ghana. results survey revealed that, despite curriculum's goals being clearly expressed its teaching practice guidelines suitably described, not adequately fulfilled demands students Junior High School (JHS).
