Determining Green Entrepreneurial Innovation of Higher Education Students: SEM Analysis Approach

This research measures the role of psycho-cybernetics training (PT), green entrepreneurship (GET), and motivation (GEM) in determining GEI.Going even deeper, GEM was also tested for its mediating on influence PT GET GEI.This study adopts an ex-post facto design that focuses condition students after reinforcement.A total 294 university Indonesia were involved to fill out questionnaire voluntarily.A Likert-scale instrument whose items have been validated is used collect data.Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) analysis test hypothesis direct between variables roles through path bootstrap methods.The results effect stated play a significant GEM, PT, GEI.The has be GEI.These provide big signal creating various innovations entrepreneurship, two aspects (technical skills psychological conditions) are needed which well synergized.
