This research is motivated by the high incidence of bullying among elementary school students, which negatively impacts their psychological, emotional, and academic development. The aim this study to understand role Pancasila values in mitigating behavior 5th-grade students at Juluk II Elementary School. employs a descriptive qualitative method, with data collected through direct observation, in-depth interviews, document analysis. findings reveal that implementation values, such as Just Civilized Humanity Unity Indonesia, can help develop empathy, respect for others, resolve conflicts peacefully. These results highlight importance integrating into daily learning activities an effort create safer bullying-free environment.

Menyebarluasnya kekerasan dan penurunan moral bangsa telah menciptakan gejala kerusuhan sebagai fenomena sosial. Fenomena sosial ini menjadi masalah umum yang memerlukan perhatian dari berbagai pihak, terutama dalam konteks relevansi pendidikan. Oleh karena itu, pendidikan karakter berfokus pada pembentukan pengembangan moralitas. Pendidikan kebutuhan mendesak harus diperhatikan oleh semua pihak. Penanaman siswa memiliki peranan krusial dunia nilai berbasis solusi untuk mengatasi defisit ada saat ini. Merosotnya moralitas pemuda-pemudi Indonesia, kalngan siswa, faktor pentingnya penyelenggaraan internalisasi karakter. Penelitian menggunakan metode kualitatif deskriptif dengan pendekatan studi literatur. Temuan analisis menunjukkan bahwa sudah akan terus digaungkan lembaga pendidikan, baik itu formal maupun nonformal. Ada program dapat diterapkan Karena hasil penelitian referensi actor pengambilan keputusan di pendidik, serta orang tua menginternalisasikan nilai-nilai tersebut lingkungan masing-masing upaya pencegahan pengurangan kasus-kasus tidak sesuai harapan
