This
study
aims
to
explain
the
learning
management
of
certified
teachers
from
stages
planning,
implementation,
evaluation
and
follow-up
in
improving
quality

SMP

research

a
qualitative
using
descriptive
approach.Data
sources
consist
primary
data
secondary
data.To
obtain

techniques,
namely
observation,
interviews,
documentation,
while
analysis
techniques
consisted
collection,
condensation,
presentation

conclusions.The

Setiapa
anak
memiliki
latar
belakang
dan
tingkat
kecerdasan
yang
berbeda-beda,
untuk
itu
diperluakan
penanganan
tepat
guna
menyatukan
perbedaan
mencapai
regiliusitas
secara
bersama-sama.
Penelitian
ini
menggunakan
metode
Library
Research
terhadap
beberapa
literatur
terkait
dengan
siswa
perspektif
agama.
Dari
ditemukan
bahwa
dalam
konsep
pendidikan
tidak
dipandang
sama
proses
pembelajaran,
meskipun
fitrah,
manusia
dianggap
potensi
sama,
namun
tetap
memberikan
penjelasan
lingkungan
keluarga
pengaruh
kefitrahan
seorang
anak.
Hal
pula
tergambarkan
di
sekolah
dimana
sekumpulan
berbeda-beda
berkumpul
tujuan
yaitu
perubahan,
praktiknya
guru
diberikan
tanggung
jawab
lebih
kemampuan
khusus
agar
memahami
kondisi
baik
perilaku
maupun
menjadi
capaian
positif.
perlu
dilakukan
adalah
melaksanakan
pembelajaran
menginternalisasikan
nilai
religius
kehidupan
melalui
keteladaan
pembiasaan.
Selebihnya
kaitannya
efikasi
peran
pendampingan
seperti
coping
spritual
lainnya
pada
bermasalah
penuh
pertimbangan
kegiatan
akademik
non
akademik,
paling
penting
lagi
kesungguhan
setelah
mendeteksi
persoalan
memucu
terjadinya
negatif
sungguh-sungguh.
