In
general,
learning

Qur'an
is
an
important

be
instilled

age,
so

strategy

needed
to

it.
Nowadays
most
parents
neglect
provision
of
al
qur'an
education
children
as
a
for
their
lives.
Among
them,
are
busy
and
do
not
care
about
children's
education,
result
many
teenage
still
cannot
read
Qur'an,
even
though
introduced
age.
Therefore,
able
foster
interest
in
reading
Qur'an.
Parents
have
creative
strategies
can
increase.
The
purpose
study
was
find
out
what
factors
influence
how
parents'
fostering
childhood.
This
research
uses
qualitative
methods,
with
subjects
being
teachers
get
information
at
age
Alqur'an
Education
Park
Masyithoh
Ngoro.
Data
collection
techniques
using
observation,
interviews,
documentation,
while
stages
data
analysis
collection,
reduction,
presentation
conclusion
results.
results
showed
arises
because
there
influencing
factors,
one
which
internal
including
talents
interests
already
owned
external
family,
friends,
surrounding
environment.
Parents'
tpq
masyithoh
very
diverse,
namely
role
models,
motivators,
TPQ
/
TPA,
by
habituation,
various
media
supporting
materials,
gadgets
spiritual
support.

Penelitian
ini
mengkaji
hubungan
antara
kemampuan
kepemimpinan
mahasiswa
dengan
tingkat
pendidikan
ibu.
Kepemimpinan
merupakan
suatu
atau
keterampilan
yang
harus
dimiliki
setiap
orang.
Dimana
meliputi
seseorang
untuk
mengenali,
mengontrol,
dan
mengatur
emosi
perasaan,

orang

responden

universitas.

penelitian
adalah

ibunya.

menunjukkan
