Moral decline and uneducated behavior from students is an inevitable challenge in the world of education. Akhlakul Karimah character can be created through religious culture school environment. Teachers as a superior sector, role models for have important internalizing this culture. This research qualitative with descriptive approach. Using observation, interviews, documentation data collection methods. The source comes interviews head institution four teachers. Data analysis uses interactive model, namely process collection, reduction, presentation, drawing conclusions. results show that strategies adopted by teachers to realize students' are cultivating 6S (Senyum, Salam, Salim, Sapa, Sopan, Santun), getting used praying together before after studying, muroja'ah short surahs, reading memorizing Al Quran, shalat together, turning on sholawat chants, watching story Nabiyullah, decorating classroom walls calligraphy, hijaiyah letters, Islamic nuances, attitude mutual tolerance respect, saying bismillah, alhamdulillah, Masha Allah, Subhanallah, Allahu Akbar, Surah Kahf. Supporting factors realization internal motivation, policy conducting study tours, exemplary teacher, adequate facilities infrastructure, establishment cooperation between teachers, parents, students. Meanwhile, inhibiting factor come different regions.

Sebegitu pentingnya bagi kemajuan suatu bangsa, maka harus disadari dimulai sejak Dengan yang baik dini, karakter pun akan menjadi baik. Jika dilakukan terus menerus, bangsa memiliki generasi unggul dan bermartabat. Penelitian bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan secara kritis tentang manajemen dini melalui pada rangka mencari jawaban permasalahan bagaimana karakter, nilai-nilai apa saja diterapkan, faktor mempengaruhi dampak di TK Gloria Sunodia Samarinda. menggunakan teknik kualitatif bersifat deskriptif. Subjek penelitian adalah kepala sekolah, guru, siswa orang tua. Rangkaian statistik umpan balik, wawancara dokumentasi. Hasil menunjukkan pengelolaan dibangun sesuai dengan visi misi. Kepala Sekolah sebagai manajer melaksanakan kompetensi ditekankan kerja sama dilandasi ketulusan, semangat loyalitas tinggi.

Implementation strategy for the formation of children's personality in PAUD Alkhairaat Kec. South Lore Kab. Poso uses two approaches, namely intervention process this case teacher's participation and habituation with character development. Generasi muda adalah masa depan bangsa, oleh karena itu anak perlu bermoral tinggi dalam interaksi sosialnya. Penelitian menggunakan literature review dengan review. Pengumpulan data dilakukan cara peneliti meneliti beberapa bahan bacaan berbagai sumber, serta artikel jurnal, dokumen, lainnya yang secara khusus membahas topik dibahas ini. Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa pembentukan siswa dapat diajarkan atau dikembangkan lanjut melalui mata pelajaran Penerapan tentunya fase-fase berbeda berkesinambungan.
