The phenomenon of the minimum number male kindergarten teachers is increasingly visible in Indonesia, so that people think are a woman's profession. This results an imbalance gender roles Kindergarten. Discussion gender-related issues considered too commonplace and often escapes society's attention. aim this research to describe analyze stereotypes which result minority kindergarten. Not only that, also provides alternative view role man as teacher literature study uses qualitative approach. grow develop society regarding teachers, including; firstly, attached feminine traits, while men masculine secondly, assumption "gay", thirdly, profession not financially promising suitable for who charged with "backbone", fourth, must have challenging work, has low risk.

This research addresses the issue of lack ideal and enjoyable learning for early childhood, which can impact underdeveloped suboptimal cognitive abilities children. The aim this study is to analyze effectiveness using STEAM model with assistance Loose Parts media in improving childhood. method employed quasi-experimental, sampling technique involving all students from TK Pertiwi 08.03 Nalumsari classes B1 B2. Data analysis involves descriptive an independent sample t-test. results indicate that natural has a positive on experimental group, received model, showed significant improvement compared control group. t-test statistic yielded value t = 15.555 > t-table 2.030, indicating difference between two groups. Ketimpangan rasio gender profesi guru mengarah kepada tidak proporsionalnya jumlah perempuan dan laki – laki. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui tren pada di tingkat pendidikan TK SD Indonesia. Penulis menggunakan data sekunder mengenai pokok dari semester ganjil tahun ajaran 2020/2021 sampai dengan genap 2022/2023 yang diperoleh Dapodikdasmen (Data Pokok Pendidikan Direktorat Jenderal Anak Usia Dini, Dasar Menengah) (Kemendikbud, 2023). Data diolah IBM SPSS software versi 24. presentase grafik plot perbandingan bagaimana Indonesia berdasarkan selama 3 terakhir. Pengetahuan guru mengenai teori dan praktik pendidikan bagi anak usia dini merupakan hal mendasar yang harus dikuasai PAUD. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi mendeskripsikan kompetensi PAUD dalam dini. adalah studi kualitatif dengan melakukan wawancara semi terstruktur kepada enam orang mengajar 5-6 tahun. Wawancara dilakukan menggali informasi dari partisipan. Hasil dianalisis mencari gambaran pedagogik penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pada belum maksimal karena pengetahuan masih kurang. Temuan lain latar belakang serta pengalaman memiliki pengaruh terhadap menerapkan atau mempraktikkan pembelajaran sesuai. Implikasi hasil dapat dijadikan bahan pertimbangan meningkatkan kualitas
