service
aims
to
increase

understanding
of
Indonesian
Davao
School
Teachers
(SID)
in
Philippines
regarding
Strengthening
Pancasila
Student
Profile
Project
(P5).
Through
an
In
House
Training
approach
based
on
structured
learning,
this
activity
succeeded
increasing
teachers'
P5
implementation.
The
mentoring
activities
were
attended
by
20
teachers
at
SID
from
elementary,
junior
and
senior
high
school
levels.
results
show
that
there
is
teacher
implementation
Kurikulum
Merdeka.

n-gain

category.

Penerapan
proyek
penguatan
profil
pelajar
pancasila
masih
dilakukan
secara
terbatas,
terdapat
kesenjangan
dalam
pemahaman
guru
melaksanakan
pancasila.
Tujuan
penelitian
ini
untuk
mengkaji
penerapan
sebagai
upaya
peningakatan
karakter
anak
usia
dini.
Penelitian
menggunakan
pendekatan
kualitatif
deskriptif.
Teknik
pengumpulan
data
yang
digunakan
yaitu
metode
wawancara,
observasi,
dan
dokumentasi.
Sumber
kelompok
B,
satu
kepala
sekolah,
enam
kelas
B
serta
modul
analisis
model
interaktif
Miles
Huberman.
Hasil
menunjukkan
bahwa
melalui
dapat
meningkatkan
dimensi
pada
peserta
didik
terutama
beriman,
bertakwa
kepada
Tuhan
Yang
Maha
Esa
berakhlak
mulia,
bergotong
royong,
kreatif.

findings

that

high
