Background: People are increasingly turning to the internet find answers their health concerns in an era where there is a wealth of online information, which frequently causes increased anxiety and phenomenon known as cyberchondria. The objectives this study were examine moderating role literacy promotion behavior mediating emotional regulation between cyberchondria among Pakistani population. Methods: used self-administered questionnaire collect anxiety, regulation, literacy, behavior, 755 residents. A moderated mediation model Hayes PROCESS was hypothesis. Results: findings unveiled average score participants on variables, well categorization into low, moderate, high categories. On scale Health Anxiety participant scores (32% vs 53% 15%), Emotional Regulation (25% 46% 29%), Cyberchondria (18% 41% 41%), Literacy (56% 29% Behavior (49% 28% 23%). Moreover, result revealed that mediates significant positive association (β=0.25**p< 0.001). Furthermore, moderates negative (β=− 0.42*p< 0.031), also negatively moderate relationship 0.27*p< 0.22). Conclusion: Based findings, it recommended policymakers consider comprehensive national initiatives focus educational planning. These should boost levels promote health-related behavior. Cyberchondria has been growing in recent years. Understanding the relationship between e-Health Literacy and is important, as enhancing perhaps empower individuals to navigate online health information without experiencing Cyberchondria. The present study aimed investigate levels of Iranian students sciences examine To assess this, a sample 241 undergraduate were recruited. They administered two instruments for assessment Cyberchondria: eHealth Scale (eHEALS) Severity (CSS). Findings showed that mean total CSS score was 72.61, while eHEALS 28.50. Students who reported having chronic disease had significantly higher than those considered themselves healthy. correlation scores very weak (r = -0.074). Total correlated negatively with distress -0.288) compulsion -0.163) subscales positively reassurance 0.174) excessiveness 0.141) subscales. e-health literacy cyberchondria complex. Abstract Background First-year nursing students are at a critical juncture in their education. They transitioning from laypersons to healthcare professionals, frequently exposed medical information both academic settings and through personal research. This exposure can sometimes lead cyberchondria, improving health literacy managing anxiety key strategies reducing the incidence of cyberchondria.Aim Investigate mediating effect between Cyberchondria Health Literacy among first year Nursing Students.Methods A descriptive correlational research design following STROBE guidelines used this study. The study was conducted with 475 October 2023 during semester 2023–2024.Results levels were moderate. In addition, degree Students moderate too. results showed that association cyberchondria is partially mediated by .Conclusion highlights sophisticated relationship literacy, first-year students. It demonstrates lower increased anxiety, which turn exacerbates cyberchondria. To mitigate these issues, it essential enhance provide support for within education programs. By doing so, we help effectively navigate online reduce unnecessary health-related anxieties, promoting better educational outcomes overall well-being.

Amaç: İnternetin son zamanlarda yaygın kullanımı sonucunda bireyler aklına takılan soruları veya sıkıntıları internet ortamında araştırmaktadırlar. Bu durum e-sağlık okuryazarlığı ve siberkondri kavramlarının gündeme gelmesine yol açmıştır. Çalışmanın amacı, toplumun en genç üyeleri olan çocuk ergenleri hayata hazırlayan öğretmenlerin ciddiyeti ilişkisini ortaya çıkarmaktır. Yöntem: Kesitsel türdeki çalışmanın evrenini Samsun ili Ayvacık ilçesinde 2022-2023 eğitim öğretim yılında görev yapan öğretmenler oluşturmaktadır (N=301). Çalışma verileri 20.07.2023-15.08.2023 tarihleri arasında toplandı. Verilerin toplanmasında, kişisel bilgi formu, ölçeği kısa formu (CCS-12) kullanıldı. 223 anket analize tabi tutuldu. Bulgular: Çalışmada katılımcıların %56.1’i kadın, %65.0’ı 30-39 yaş aralığında %48.0’ı 1-9 yıl çalışmaktadır. e- sağlık ortalama puanı 3.69±0.80, 32.08±7.98’dir. hem de ciddiyetinde medeni istatistiksel olarak anlamlı bir farklılık tespit edildi.
