In total, 205 articles were collected, after screening in accordance PRISMA declaration, randomized clinical trials selected. Methodological assessed RoB2 tool narrative synthesis results performed. Physical interventions did not demonstrate statistically significant overweight. The effects pregnancy for overweight are varied due to diversity implemented. Nonetheless, discernible positive association emerges between stringent adherence prescribed regimen enhanced well-being, weight management, heightened aerobic capacity. order ascertain more definitive conclusions, rigorous needed take into account heterogeneity ensure adequate protocol.

Methods Randomised clinical trials quasi-experimental studies published between 2014 2024 were included, totalling 16 with 1,416 participants. The varied teleexercise (via videoconference) apps recorded videos). followed PRISMA guidelines, ensuring a systematic approach selection, data extraction, bias assessment. Results results indicate that tele-exercise, especially synchronous, has potential primarily improve pain perception, being effective for elderly individuals specific conditions multiple sclerosis obesity. Discussion However, methodological heterogeneity lack consistent limit generalisation findings, highlighting need more high-quality research. Self-reported questionnaires were used collect personal obstetric data, Rosenberg’s Self-Esteem Scale, Zung Anxiety Pregnancy Activity Questionnaire applied. total 152 presented valid follow-up data considered analysis. All test scores do not present normality (p < 0.001). Over trimesters, anxiety did show significant change between GTs. However, self-esteem values reduced significantly from 1st 2nd GT: (1st GT = 43.94 (±9.94) [95%CI: 42.37 45.53]; 27.27 (±9.64) 25.74 28.81]; 3rd 25.71 (±10.52) 24.04 27.39]; p 0.001), remaining stable in last GT.
