Increases in population and prosperity are linked to a worldwide rise garbage. The "classification" "recycling" of solid waste is crucial tactic for dealing with the problem. This paper presents new two-layer intelligent decision system sorting based on fused features Deep Learning (DL) models as well selection an optimal deep Waste-Sorting Model (WSM) Multi-Criteria Decision Making (MCDM). A dataset comprising 1451 samples images waste, distributed across four classes – cardboard (403), glass (501), metal (410), general trash (137), was used sorting. study proposes Multi-Fused Matrix (MFDM) identified fusion score level rules, evaluation criteria, waste-sorting models. Five rules process perspectives into MFDM sum, weighted product, maximum, minimum rules. Climate change (CC) represents a paramount environmental challenge, necessitating the deployment of sustainable, low-carbon strategies particularly in developing regions such as Africa. This study introduces novel decision-making framework aimed at enhancing prioritization policies to combat adverse effects CC. The proposed two-stage model employs integration Step-Wise Weight Assessment Ratio Analysis (SWARA) and Weighted Aggregated Sum Product (WASPAS) under spherical fuzzy (SF) conditions address strategic sequencing sustainable policies. Initially, SF-SWARA is utilized ascertain relative significance diverse criteria. Subsequently, SF-WASPAS method ranks these policies, facilitating informed decision-making. primary obstacles identified include limited institutional capacity, insufficient financial resources, technological constraints, for which alternatives are proposed. Abstract Digitization represents the ultimate expression of globalization that has revolutionized every facet global existence, enhancing connectivity, financial terms, trade opportunities, and public services. To further broaden or fortify this digital realm advance progress, various strategies for multi-criteria group decision-making (MCGDM) have been developed. This research article extends literature study on sensational MCGDM method known as Preference Ranking Organization Method Enrichment Evaluations (PROMETHEE), which shares burden selecting best alternative under many terms conditions. aims to make a positive contribution development world. The main principle PROMETHEE technique is calculate negative flows selected options according divergence alternatives’ scores.
