Experts assert that Large Language Model (LLM) based tools like ChatGPT are the next generation in evolution of Artificial Intelligence and will permeate all walks human life including education. The current narrative is we need to embed LLM-based into system taking advantage their personalised, dynamic, adaptive nature while being mindful limitations. One greatest limitations so far identified these pre-trained transformer-based encoder models fine-tuned on Natural Processing (NLP) tasks do not reveal verifiable reasoning ability. As a result, information generated by subject ethical factual errors oversight. This paper uses integrative literature review identify synthesize Critical Digital Literacy frameworks language teaching light essential competencies learning domains UNESCO Education for Sustainable Development directives.
