Topicality. This indicates need for formation ability sector Ukraine self-renew, adaptability crisis effects through changes in technological core on basis digital transformation, innovativeness creation favorable conditions mobilized resources (assets) sectoral dimension, as ensuring humanitarian defense needs, generating high added value factor general well-being, filling budgets providing resilient social development.Aim tasks. In contrast developed countries, where restart growth planned be carried out expense "new industrialization", based technical achievements sixth order, essential feature our economy such reindustrialization must take place when it not yet industrial potential, more than half destroyed during systemic crisis, was restored. At same time, mechanical engineering industry (which suffered most reforms) many other sectors economy, including electronic industry, ensures modern economy. Moreover, now we should talking about new those industries, loss will lead rapid lagging behind leading countries consolidation regime dependent development. That essence process domestic consists design deployment internal industrial-technological chains, create finished products, both purely consumer purposes. study proved structure entrepreneurial distorted, has led an increase deindustrialization, with low share manufacturing exports. continues dominated activities use medium-low technologies (i.e. labor-intensive): furniture production (about 21%), manufacture wood paper (almost 16%), food 13%) textiles (12%) industry.
