This research aims to analyze the promotional management activities related (1) Planning, (2) Organizing, (3) Implementing, and (4) Supervising carried out at MTs Al Kautsar Yogyakarta. The employs a qualitative approach with case study methodology. subjects of include foundation, school principals, teachers, students. Data collection was conducted through interviews documentation, while data validity ensured using triangulation. analysis involved three stages: reduction, presentation, verification. results this are as follows: 1) Planning: School promotion planning begins an by KS determine goals budget, which then submitted foundation. final meeting, attended senior involves determining strategies, media, techniques. targets implemented teachers. A reduction in funds occurred because did not have sponsor. outcomes meeting were documented minutes. 2) Organizing. foundation initiates organizing process selecting teams based on seniority. Information about is conveyed verbally, there no official decree regarding structure or duties each member. 3) Implementing: Door-to-door directly schools other locations distributing brochures. 4) Supervising: supervises entire process, starting making decisions budgets, core team, implementing monitoring activities.

Many concepts of management and leadership have changed. In the Islamic concept, is a concept interaction, relationship, authority process, influencing, directing coordinating activities both horizontally vertically. Then, in theories, leader's function as planner decision maker (planning maker), organization (organization). Character education refers to an approach learning that aims help students develop moral and ethical values, such as honesty, responsibility empathy. The integration of these values in the curriculum school activities along with active support teachers, families communities are main efforts for character build individuals who highly responsible every aspect their lives. In this study, literature research method was used. From results, it is evident teachers have undergone specialised training play important role living examples values. addition, a safe supportive environment greatly contributes formation students. Another opinion states participation parents community also strengthens implementation schools through daily behaviour. This finding proves synergy relationship between collaborative institutions, namely school, family wider community, can empower strong character, good morals be perfectly responsible.

The study aimed to analyze the items on students' daily test questions PPKN subjects made by teacher measure learning outcomes during previous lesson process. Conducted fourth-grade students at 01 West Pasaman State Madrasah Ibtidayah. method used in this research is descriptive quantitative using Rasch model data analysis with Win Step software. results of carried out were reliability Winstep Cronbach Alpha 0.49 From existing data, it clear that level still relatively weak. person and item are 0.47 0.52. quality terms validity obtained 6 said be valid 24 invalid because they did not meet requirements for MNSQ outfit, ZSTD Point Measure correlation (PT Corr). In felt more accurate meets these three criteria, so considered valid. above P value or difficulty below 0.25, there 3 items, meaning very difficult. Questions 0.75 have 5 question too easy. And scored between 0.25-0.75 17 questions. That is, 18 a good difficulty. Analysis distracting Model software 25 Civics class IV Ibtidayah Negeri Barat shows 23 functioning distractors. Islamic boarding schools have become a preferred choice of education among the community, especially for those who prioritize religious education, character development, and independence.However, some tend to overly focus on aspects while neglecting broader dimensions such as leadership, creativity, social skills.This research aims identify local wisdom shaping student's characters, describe process internalizing in formation, factors that support or hinder at Sunan Pandanaran Boarding School Yogyakarta.The methodology employed is field with qualitative approach, utilizing data collection through observation, interviews, documentation activities aimed values shape characters.The findings provide intensive internalizes values, teaches wisdom, imparts discipline life structure, fosters financial independence, encourages networks camaraderie.Local identified routine school includes Thursday spiritual struggles (Mujahadah Kamis Wage), pilgrimage (Ziarah), re ligious study sessions, Friday dawn prayers (Pengajian subuh Jum'ah), auspicious occasions (mau'idhoh hasanah), early rising, punctual departure, time management, traditions mutual greetings hand-kissing, dressing neatly accordance law, no usurpation, student attendance, charity, duty assignments, honesty canteen, Quranic recitation Hasyran), additional Thursdays Javanese calendar, Fri-day struggles, sessions (diba'an), al-Barzanji.From present Yogyakarta, are obtained, including religiousness, discipline, hard work, appreciation achievements, curiosity, concern, responsibility, love reading.
