The aims of this research are (1) to describe the rector's spiritual leadership and (2) motivation university lecturers employees. This approach is qualitative while type a case study. Research location at KH University. Mukhtar Syafa'at (UIMSYA) Blokagung Banyuwangi. Researchers as key instruments. subjects were rector, staff. Determining informants using purposive sampling. Data collection techniques observation, interviews documentation. data analysis an interactive model Miles, Huberman Saldana theory condensation, presentation, drawing conclusions. Test validity credibility, dependability confirmability tests. checked through continuous, triangulation, member checking, peer discussion, reference checking. results rector emulates Prophet Muhammad SAW, achieves organizational vision with his subordinates, integrates Islamic boarding school values into Tridharma, builds social culture work love altruism, establishes cooperation Banyuwangi government. chancellor's for employees intrinsic; appreciate struggle founder school, integration values, reading Koran, istighosah, praying. Extrinsic; promotion positions outstanding employees, scholarship incentives 50% tuition fees, professional development, periodic salary increases, sanctions those who do not comply regulations.
