Religion is the primary foundation for character formation. However, religious values have not yet fully integrated into students’ psyche. This research explores development of by integrating Sufi practices in education. The study was conducted at an Islamic boarding school, Aliyah madrasah, Malang. findings indicate that educational curriculum significantly impacts character. strategy begins with preparation a clear vision and mission, curriculum, presence teacher role models, all which are crucial fostering A conducive environment, regular evaluations, extracurricular programs also essential. In conclusion, comprehensive process emphasizing responsibility, obedience, programs, partnerships families communities, spiritual strengthening activities can effectively enhance students' religiosity.

Purpose of the Study: 1) describe how manaqiban tradition influences development Islamic Education through Sufi values; (2) explore impact culture in on surrounding community; (3) analyze values that support Religious Education; and (4) examine manifest students' daily lives. Methodology: This qualitative research uses an exploratory approach, with data collected documentation, observation, interviews, followed by descriptive analysis. Main Findings: First, regular practice positively second, embedded helps prevent radicalism, encourages social solidarity, promotes tolerance within third, implementation occurs studying texts, mentoring ustadz administrators, engaging religious; fourth, adopted students include repentance (taubat), fear (khauf), hope (raja`), asceticism (zuhud), poverty (fakir), patience (sabar), contentment (ridha). Novelty/Originality this study: Its focus is influence traditional practices, like manaqiban, contemporary education, providing insights into these can contribute to addressing modern issues such as radicalism materialism. study contributes broader understanding religious practices be integrated educational contexts, emphasizing need for a more holistic approach education fosters both spiritual moral face globalization.

This research aims to understand the role of leadership in enhancing managerial accountability at IAI Nasional Laa Roiba Bogor, West Java. Accountability is crucial ensuring quality higher education and involves various aspects such as management, leadership, transparency, efficiency, effectiveness, participation. Private Islamic institutions face complex challenges, including infrastructure, financing, academic processes, graduates. To achieve this aim, a qualitative approach was employed by involving leaders, faculty, staff primary informants. Data collection techniques were carried out through triangulation (combining sources), analysis inductive.
