Purpose
of
the
Study:
1)
describe
how
manaqiban
tradition
influences
development
Islamic
Education
through
Sufi
values;
(2)
explore
impact
culture
in
on
surrounding
community;
(3)
analyze
values
that
support
Religious
Education;
and
(4)
examine
manifest
students'
daily
lives.
Methodology:
This
qualitative
research
uses
an
exploratory
approach,
with
data
collected
documentation,
observation,
interviews,
followed
by
descriptive
analysis.
Main
Findings:
First,
regular
practice
positively
second,
embedded
helps
prevent
radicalism,
encourages
social
solidarity,
promotes
tolerance
within

implementation
occurs

texts,
mentoring
ustadz
administrators,
engaging
religious;
fourth,
adopted
students
include
repentance
(taubat),

this
study:
Its
focus
is
influence
traditional
practices,
like
manaqiban,
contemporary
education,
providing
insights
into
these

contribute
to
addressing
modern
issues
such
as
radicalism

research
aims
to
understand
the
role
of
leadership
in
enhancing
managerial
accountability
