Abstract Objective This research aims to explore integrative learning design innovations in Islamic Religious Education (PAI) subjects order increase graduate competency through the implementation of Independent Curriculum. Theoretical Framework: In this topic, main concepts and theories underlying are presented. The theory used is rooted concept integration general knowledge religious values, which supported by constructivist a holistic approach. approach allows combination cognitive, affective psychomotor skills prioritizing problem, project inquiry-based experiences that line with principles education. Method method was classroom action carried out number secondary schools implemented Merdeka Curriculum PAI learning. Data collection techniques include observation, interviews, questionnaires, document analysis. analyzed qualitatively identify patterns impacts innovation on competencies. Results Discussion results show significantly increases competency, both terms understanding material, critical thinking skills, creativity social skills. discussion highlights success balancing mastery development 21st century needed era globalization Research Implications: implications application supports achievement educational goals more relevant needs times. In this millennial era, it is very important to use digital literacy in education. The problem of education the current era that students do not have equal access reading materials and their interest low. Thus, aim research study importance, causes, efforts challenges associated with implementing learning educational units. methods used are Systematic Literature Review (SLR) bibliometric analysis. data source uses article search criteria from 2021 2024 Publish or Perish application, based on SCOPUS sources title words being learning.
