Aceh Province, which is a Special Autonomous Region based on Islamic Sharia, 2021 data shows that the implementation of Teaching Factory has not yet occurred completely in all vocational schools Aceh. This strong indication main factor seen outcomes expected by community. Seeing gap quality among Aceh, it necessary to conduct study regarding integration education through model as an effort develop learning attitude and work ethic students The research design used sequential explanatory or combination research. total sample for quantitative was 228 respondents using Structural equation Modeling analysis method. Meanwhile, qualitative data, size 509 respondents. Quantitative uses method, while describes results descriptively linking them existing facts supporting theories from Education. show teaching activities are just coincidental incidental, but part planned integrate into system daily life learning. positive holistic impact students' personalities, skills, attitude, values, with focus success world business run according principles.

This study aims to delve into the existing relationship between personnel management, concept of servant leadership, and level discipline in educational institutions. A quantitative research method was chosen as primary approach collect analyze data obtain a strong understanding these dynamics. Respondents involved this are from various backgrounds levels, providing broader representation education population. In collection process, validated instruments with high reliability were used measure key variables involved, such leadership styles, management practices, levels. Careful statistical steps applied analysis, including regression techniques, identify strength influence on education. From results it is expected that significant patterns correlations examined will be revealed.
