Human resources are crucial and strategic in bringing expertise, knowledge, creativity through innovation to improve the performance of educational organizations. Teachers, as potential assets, require efforts continuously their education, skills, discipline, mental attitude. This study aims analyze human resource management strategies practices that can encourage teacher madrasah. The method used this research is descriptive qualitative, which researchers try interpret understand events context experienced by madrasah community. qualitative involves collection use observations from various related case studies. results showed (HR) has made a very significant contribution encouraging Different aspects, such inspiring creativity, facilitating collaboration, supporting continuous learning improvement, show HR plays role creating work environment supports development new ideas implementation innovative solutions.

This study aims to develop project-based education development management improve teachers' creative skills through a differentiated teaching approach. The challenges of 21st-century demand increased thinking skills, which are very important in teaching. involved 63 teachers from two high schools Solo, Central Java, who were selected purposively. research instrument was descriptive test that measured after receiving materials with the Differentiated Instruction this model used 4D approach (Define, Design, Develop, Disseminate), ensure validity, practicality, and effectiveness model's application. results showed applying significantly improved compared conventional methods. increase more visible group middle upper ability categories, while lower category, no significant found. These findings indicate approach, combined learning method, can effectively so it is expected quality schools.
