This
study
aims
to
analyze
the
implementation
of
educational
management
based
on
student
behavior
at
SMPIT
Insan
Kamil,
South
Halmahera.

documentation.

were

from
observations,
interviews

consisting

such
as
journal

secondary
data.

analyzed
using
inductive
analysis.
found
that
behavior-based
education
Kamil
was
carried
out
through
two
activities,
namely
intracurricular
extracurricular
activities.
Character
values
activities
include
Islamic
religious
values,
discipline,
honesty,
responsibility.
While
character
responsibility,
high
curiosity,
tolerance,
national
spirit
love
for
homeland,
respect
achievements,
care
environment
social.
