This study aims to analyze the implementation of educational management based on student behavior at SMPIT Insan Kamil, South Halmahera. research is a field and uses qualitative method with descriptive approach. Data collection techniques are observation, interviews, documentation. Primary data were obtained from observations, interviews informants consisting students teachers, while literature such as journal articles books used secondary data. The analyzed using inductive analysis. found that behavior-based education Kamil was carried out through two activities, namely intracurricular extracurricular activities. Character values activities include Islamic religious values, discipline, honesty, responsibility. While character responsibility, high curiosity, tolerance, national spirit love for homeland, respect achievements, care environment social.

Data collection techniques used in this study include structured interviews, observation and documentation with the data subject of MI Madrasah principal Alhikmah Ngareskidul Gedeg Mojokerto. analysis was carried out during collection, after within a certain period. This study aims to examine the differences between religious education at school and university levels, focusing on curriculum, sources of knowledge, role media in shaping students' understanding.
