This
study
aims
to
improve
critical
thinking
skills
in
students
class
IV
Mis
Al-Furqon
Klumpang
Kebun

(IPS)
subjects
using
flipbook
media
that
has
been
developed.The
type
of
research
used
is
and
development
(RnD),
which
develop
a
particular
product
test
the
effectiveness
product.Media
this
ADDIE
design,
model
consisting
five
stages
including
analysis,
development,
implementation,
evaluation.This
develops
form
Flipbook-based
digital
on
Studies
are
then
tested
for
feasibility
by
material
experts,
Class
MIS
Kebun.The
were
18
fourth-grade
students.The
object
flipbook-based
media.Based
results
it
concluded
meets
assessment
criteria
have
proven
validation
score
with
3.5
4.0
recapitulation
result
3.75
included
very
valid
category.This
shows
flipbookbased
suitable
use
as
teaching
materials
teachers
students.

This
research
aims
to
analyze:
(1)
planning
for
the
development
of
teaching
staff
resources;
(2)
process
developing
staff;

educational

Penelitian
ini
bertujuan
untuk
mengeksplorasi
dan
mendeskripsikan
permasalahan
dalam
pembelajaran
di
SMP
Negeri
2
Sandai
Kabupaten
Ketapang.
Metode
penelitian
yang
digunakan
adalah
metode
deskriptif
kualitatif
dengan
jenis
studi
kasus.
Data
utama
atau
informan
kunci
subjek
yaitu
kepala
sekolah
guru
(PAI,
IPA,
IPS,
Bahasa
Inggris)
berjumlah
10
orang
Ketapang
bersangkutan.
Penentuan
responden
didasarkan
pada
diberi
tugas
mengajar
tidak
sesuai
bidang
keahlian
latar
belakang
pendidikannya.
(penentuan
diteliti).
sekunder
data
pendukung
meliputi
sekolah,
guru,
dokumentasi.
Dari
hasil
ditemukan
Ketapang,
diangkat
keahliannya
menemui
berbagai
prosesnya
seperti
kesulitan
memahami
materi,
siswa
juga
menyerap
penjelasan
dari
meskipun
pihak
memberikan
strategi
sebagai
alternatif
memperlancar
namun
tetap
saja
sebuah
kebutuhan,
seorang
memang
dituntut
menyelaraskan
antara
mengajarnya.
Pihak
pelatihan,
pendekatan,
pengawasan,
komunikasi,
koordinasi
kepada
para
mengalami
kesulitan,
dukungan
diberikan
bentuk
fasilitas,
media
sumber
ajar,
walaupun
hambatan
menyertai
karena
materi
pelajaran
harus
mencari
referensi
agar
peserta
didik
mendapatkan
dampak
penyerapan
ajarnya
