This study aims to delve into the existing relationship between personnel management, concept of servant leadership, and level discipline in educational institutions. A quantitative research method was chosen as primary approach collect analyze data obtain a strong understanding these dynamics. Respondents involved this are from various backgrounds levels, providing broader representation education population. In collection process, validated instruments with high reliability were used measure key variables involved, such leadership styles, management practices, levels. Careful statistical steps applied analysis, including regression techniques, identify strength influence on education. From results it is expected that significant patterns correlations examined will be revealed. The findings provide new insights factors underlying levels practical implications valuable for managers stakeholders field education, aiding them designing more effective strategies enhance discipline, which turn can positively impact overall quality Thus, not only fills gaps academic literature but also makes contribution contexts by offering framework through improvisation discipline.

This study is an evaluation that aims to analyze the development of religious and moral values aspects early childhood. The method used a qualitative method, where data are collected through in-depth discussions with logical model analysis in childhood (NAM) programs. results found three important things, namely first, so far value-based learning for done understanding symbols, daily routine worship practices, prayers, while strengthening fairy tales containing good values. Understanding implemented variably according needs each school. also identified some weaknesses cultivation childhood, activities can obscure children's lack enthusiasm due mistakes approaches not adapted psychological development. This article aims to describe the insights, challenges, and student discipline strategies implemented by deputy head of madrasah make it even better. research uses qualitative with a grounded theory approach. Data collection was carried out using interviews, observation, documentation. analysis includes data reduction, presentation, conclusion. validity is guaranteed through credibility, transferability, dependability, confirmability. The results show that: 1) Description mainly focusing on punctuality dressing, 2) strategy in instilling value students, including providing examples, habituation, giving advice, sanctions, 3) challenges faced values students' lack self-awareness influence external environment. implication that essential disciplinary values, ultimately positively impacting achievement overall school success.
