ABSTRACT Introduction and Aim This study aimed to assess the relationship between treatment adherence, internalised stigma, recovery mediating effect of stigma on these relations in individuals diagnosed with schizophrenia. Method was conducted using a cross‐sectional design. A purposive sample 107 schizophrenia receiving psychiatric outpatient care at clinics community mental health services (CMHC) affiliated SBU Van research education hospital recruited for this study. The data were collected by following tools: sociodemographic questionnaire, illnesses scale, medication adherence rating scale assessment scale. Results participants reported low levels high moderate recovery. Furthermore, we found weak negative correlation adherence.
