The speed of the sickle kick is an important component in martial arts, which plays role defensive and ffensive techniques on athletes. This study aims to find out: (1) difference effect between 1:2 1:3 training speed; (2) athletes who have high low leg power kick; (3) interaction interval IPSI Kendari City. type research experimental using a 2x2 factorial design. population this was City amounted 38 people. sample 20 people were then carried out ordinally paired had been divided by 37% total population. VO2max adalah komponen yang mempengaruhi penampilan seorang pemain sepak bola di lapangan. Penelitian dilakukan untuk menguji sejauh mana SIT dapat memberikan manfaat signifikan dalam meningkatkan bagi bola. menggunakan quasi eksperimen dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Sampel terlibat merupakan Persikab Bandung tahun 2023 sebanyak 18 diberikan perlakuan berupa Sprint Interval Training (SIT). Instrumen MFT (Multistage Fitness Test) digunakan mengukur pemain. Hasil penelitian menemukan bahwa rata-rata sebelum sebesar 48,678 ±7,883, dan setelah latihan 51,417 ± 4,944. Berdasarkan hasil analisis disimpulkan (SIT) secara efektif kapasitas ini diharapkan kontribusi terhadap pengembangan program pelatihan
