This study aims to explore the intricate relationship between social media use and overall well-being (WB) of young people. Previous research has presented conflicting findings, indicating both positive negative effects online platforms. Issues such as excessive use, reduced face-to-face interactions, isolation, heightened stress levels, disrupted sleep patterns have been identified potential concerns. However, studies also highlighted that moderate mindful can enhance WB by facilitating connections support. It is crucial consider vulnerabilities individuals when examining this complex topic provide them with age-appropriate guidance. project address gaps in existing literature inform strategies for promoting experiences safeguarding people investigating association affective WB.
