Pancreatic cancer (PC) is a major global health challenge, with rising incidence and mortality rates, particularly in high-socio-demographic index regions. Given its high significant morbidity, research on patient quality of life (QoL) has gained momentum, addressing symptom burdens, psychological distress, treatment-related outcomes. Bibliometric analysis provides valuable approach to mapping trends, identifying key contributors, forecasting future directions. This study aimed map QoL pancreatic patients, highlighting findings, challenges, directions through bibliometric over the past two decades. Data for this were collected from Web Science Core Collection (WoSCC) database, using specific search strategies retrieve relevant documents patients. The data analysed Bibliometrix R package create knowledge maps visualize collaborations, emerging hotspots field. A total 819 articles identified, an average citation count 47.13 per article, moderate academic impact. revealed growing trend collaborative efforts, 9.42 co-authors article 16% international collaborations. United States emerged as leading contributor, 203 publications highest count, followed by France Kingdom. highlights volume research, steady annual growth rate 6.9% increasing collaboration, especially States. However, despite number publications, decline impact recent studies suggests need continued innovation therapeutic improve clinical
