The objective of this experiment is to study the indices depolymerisation biopolymers in small intestine connective tissue rats undergoing surgical trauma replicated under post-traumatic stress disorder. was carried out on 42 white rats. findings obtained have shown that experimental modelling posttraumatic disorder (single prolonged stress) significantly elevates concentration free hydroxyproline (by 44.9%, P<0. 001), hexuronic acids 47.0%, P<0.001), and N-acetylneuraminic acid 46.2%, indicating extracellular matrix components, collagen, proteoglycans, sialoglycoproteins, organ. On 7th day after laparotomy performed model disorder, content hydroxyproline, acids, homogenate exceeded respective values separate "sham" operation simulated single stress.

This study investigated the role of NF-κB signaling pathway in production reactive oxygen species (ROS) and nitrogen (RNS) rat liver tissues following surgical trauma an experimental model post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD). The was conducted on 21 male Wistar rats weighing 210–230 g. animals were divided into three groups: Group 1 (Control I) included intact animals, while other groups underwent laparotomy against background a single prolonged (SPS) model, simulating PTSD. For seven consecutive days surgery, 2 II) received daily intraperitoneal administration mL isotonic sodium chloride solution (“placebo”), 3 ammonium pyrrolidine dithiocarbamate at dose 76 mg/kg. results demonstrated that setting SPS leads to development oxidative-nitrosative tissues. is evidenced by increased superoxide anion radical generated microsomal monooxygenases, NO synthase, mitochondrial respiratory chain, leukocyte NADPH oxidase. Additionally, there elevation total inducible synthase activity, accumulation peroxynitrite, reduction constitutive activity its coupling efficiency. The aim of this study was to assess the production reactive nitrogen species in hearts rats subjected surgical trauma simulated against background post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD). The article investigates the parameters of nitric oxide (NO) system in small intestine tissues rats subjected to surgical trauma within an experimental model post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD). study involved 42 white Wistar weighing 210-230 g, divided into 6 groups: Group 1 comprised intact animals, 2 included animals with PTSD induced through single-prolonged (SPS), 3 consisted a sham operation, 4 undergoing laparotomy, 5 operation following SPS, and laparotomy under modeled SPS. The aim of this study was to determine the sources superoxide anion radical (O₂⁻•) in rat heart homogenate under conditions surgical trauma inflicted against background an experimental model posttraumatic stress disorder (PTSD). Materials and methods. experiments were conducted on 42 white Wistar rats weighing (220±10) g, divided into 6 groups: Group 1 – intact animals; 2 rodents with PTSD modeled by reproducing single prolonged (SPS); 3 that underwent a sham operation; 4 animals laparotomy; 5 operation after SPS modeling; laparotomy SPS. rate O₂⁻• generation studied using spectrophotometric test nitroblue tetrazolium. Results. modeling (SPS) leads significant increase oxidative heart, evidenced elevated involving NADPH-dependent electron transport chains (ETC) microsomes, NO synthase, mitochondrial respiratory chain, leukocyte NADPH oxidase. In post-laparotomy period following SPS, enhanced significantly manifested through increased microsomal synthase ETC 72.3%, NADH-dependent 72.9%, oxidase 80.9% compared control. When group 2, these indicators rose 29.6%, 24.4%, 26.8%, respectively. demonstrated even more pronounced generation, reaching 54.0%, 54.6%, 62.9% Furthermore, production rates from all likely higher than those 29.8%, 21.2%, 21.5% , Conclusions. combined effect synergistically enhances various sources, exceeding levels observed either or alone.
