Stress on Real Income in Russian Regions Under the Pandemic and Sanctions

The study is devoted to assessing the stress of real incomes population (regarding wages) and financial result enterprises in Russian regions during pandemic sanctions shocks 2017–2023. We used a number methods deflation, elimination seasonal random components dynamics indicators. To assess level, index, developed by author earlier, which moving (with one-month step) difference between standard deviation average value annual growth rate each indicator under study, as well way decompose it source, was used. Integral income index calculated sum two particular indices normalized method equivalent variances on scale entire spatiotemporal sample.
