Background: Type 2 diabetes mellitus is a chronic disease that diminishes the body’s ability to regulate glucose levels due lack of insulin produced. In recent studies, squalene has been reported have beneficial effects for diabetic patients, especially within liver where urea cycle takes place. Objective: Our main goal was evaluate molecular different doses on enzymes, intermediates, and molecules cycle, in order determine if among groups people with type mellitus. The enzymes are being studied ornithine transcarbamylase (OTC), arginosuccinate synthetase (ASS), arginase, carbamoyl-phosphate 1 (CSP1), urea, aspartate, ammonium ion (NH4+).Methods: this study, healthy volunteers were categorized as control (group 1) selected. patients divided up into 4 groups. Group consists will not be treated squalene. Groups 3, 4, 5 200, 400, 600 mg, respectively. their respective amounts every 14 days duration 84 days. measured 1, 14, 28, 56, 84.Results: squalene-treated compared group 2, who any differences between parameters. Throughout days, it observed NH4+ or decreased all high statistical difference (P < 0.05). For majority squalene, there also decrease aspartate. other parameters did consistent significant > 0.05).Conclusion: Based findings addition various patient’s diet amount aspartate body. As direct product evident does play key role reducing patient healthier level. Keywords: Diabetes mellitus, enzyme, metabolite,

Background: Tomatoes are a valuable source of biologically active substances (vitamin C, lycopene, lutein, macro- and microelements) can be used to produce functional foods. Objective: Nine varieties tomato fruits, featuring spectrum colors such as red, yellow, dark hues (brown, burgundy), were examined. These tomatoes cultivated in open ground both the Russian Federation Republic Belarus. Methods: The mineral composition fruit samples was determined using an atomic emission spectrometer with inductively coupled plasma, mass fractions vitamin C carotenoids by high-performance liquid chromatography. Results: highest content observed fruits Viagra Chocolate, villages Khokhol Nikonovo Voronezh Region, Russia, variety Budenovka, grown Nikonovo. Additionally, lycopene identified Black Prince, agro-town Samokhvalovichi, Belarus; Volgogradskiy skorospelyi, Nikonovo; Bull's Heart, Russia; Heart Bull, respectively. Notably, Prince (agro-town Belarus), (Khokhol, Russia) exhibited significant amount lutein. Furthermore, Khokhol, displayed high saturation. Varieties same region, found rich trace elements (K, Ca, Mg, P, Mn, Fe). optimal calcium-to-phosphorus ratio (1:1.5) Forehead, while calcium-to-magnesium (1:0.7) present Orange, various regions Federation. Conclusion: inclusion substances, notably Vitamin essential minerals (Potassium, Calcium, Magnesium, Phosphorus), positions sources for developing foods those designed prevent cardiovascular diseases. varies significantly based on fruit's color cultivation location. This variability underscores importance considering these factors achieve desired level ingredients final product. Keywords: microelements.

Background: The cultures used in the production of "bio-yoghurts" typically consist a blend traditional yogurt starters, such as S. thermophilus and L. delbrueckii subsp. bulgaricus, along with probiotics like acidophilus, casei, reuteri, Bifidobacterium spp. These probiotics, although beneficial, face challenges thriving milk due to its short fermentation time (4–5 hours). rapid acidification caused by starter’s results probiotic levels dropping below "therapeutic minimum" during intended refrigerated shelf life product. A potential solution this issue lies leveraging lactic acid bacteria isolated from human which possess both robust characteristics starter properties. Incorporating strains could address acidity imbalance contribute maintaining optimal throughout Objective: This research aims develop new generation sustainable functional yoghurts suitable for consumers all ages using starters predominant breast healthy women. Results: study marks first implementation critical dilution culture method sterile cow selection (LABs) women's milk. Remarkably, samples yielded LAB capable independently fermenting Although is good medium growth residential bacteria, it never coagulates low concentration caseins. strains, identified belonging species lactis, fermentum, casei sakei, Streptococcus thermophiles Lactococcus exhibited adaptive properties essential gut colonization humans. Utilizing symbiotic were created yogurts heightened technological, physicochemical, sensory characteristics. Conclusions: Yogurts fermented LABs are safe can be recommended dairy food, pregnant women well pre-term full-term infants substitute/supplement mother's Moreover, these included infant formulas or pre-treatment formula improve nutritional value safety. Background: In recent years, there has been a growing dissatisfaction with the classical schemes of eradication Helicobacter pylori in ulcerative disease among physicians due to frequent failures therapy, mostly antibiotic resistance. It is known fact that Lactobacillus acidophilus inhibits growth pylori. Objective: Our main goal was investigate ability fermented milk product "Narineh,” as functional food, containing evaluate efficiency and incidence adverse effects addition standard triple scheme therapy colloidal bismuth substrate. Methods: The patients peptic ulcer were divided into 2 groups: control (42 patients) received traditional treatment regimens, including 7 days proton pump inhibitor (PPI) + amoxicillin (A) clarithromycin (C) doses subsequent 14 day De-nol (colloidal subcitrate); experimental (44 this conventional "Narineh" - 200g, 2x109 one time starting from 8-th for 4 weeks. results evaluated after -5 weeks, 6 months, 12 months completion using C13 respiratory urea test (RUT). Repeated endoscopy histological biopsies carried out together RUT 4-5 weeks treatment, later (6-12 months) identification recurrent ulcer. Results: “Narineh” added regimen significantly reduces percentage reinfection relapse statistical difference (P<0,05). combination fermentation “Narineh”, subcitrate, doesn’t cause violation biocenosis large intestine, contrast PPI antibiotics addition, it provides normalization gut frequency antibiotic-associated diarrhea other side effects. Conclusion: more effective infection lessens medications. Keywords: ulcer, pylori, reinfection, acidophilus, foods
