Background: Father absence has been widely recognized as a significant factor influencing child development across cognitive, psychological, social, economic, and health-related domains. While extensive research explored these effects, gaps remain in understanding the intersectionality of father different socio-economic, cultural, geopolitical contexts. This study synthesizes existing literature to examine short- long-term consequences aligns findings with Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). Objectives: The aims to: 1. Analyze impact on multiple dimensions, including education, mental health, social behavior, economic well-being, physical health. 2. Investigate psychological socio-economic effects individuals society. 3. Explore how align global objectives, particularly SDGs. 4. Identify propose policy intervention strategies mitigate negative absence. Methods: A qualitative systematic review approach was employed, synthesizing data from peer-reviewed journal articles, reports, academic books published between 2000 2024. Thematic analysis conducted categorize into key domains: cognitive educational outcomes, emotional development, behavioral implications, financial consequences, health gendered intersectionality, interventions. Results: Findings indicate that negatively impacts ways. Academically, children father-absent homes exhibit lower school performance reduced engagement STEM fields. Psychologically, they experience higher rates anxiety, depression, disorders. Socially, struggle peer relationships likelihood delinquent behavior. Economically, contributes poverty, career prospects, intergenerational instability. Health-wise, households face greater risks malnutrition, obesity, limited access healthcare. Gendered differences are also evident, boys more prone externalizing behaviors girls experiencing heightened distress.
