Modern socio-economic and military challenges require increased attention to the health state physical activity of higher education students, as these are crucial factors in maintaining their mental well-being. This study aims analyze impact attending sports wellness centers on students’ levels specific components quality life, well identify sex-related differences indicators. The involved 172 students who attended a center with different frequency. Their level life indicators were assessed using standard methods. Statistical analysis was performed Shapiro-Wilk W-test, Student’s t-test, Spearman correlation analysis. results showed that regularly (three or more times per week) had 24.3% compared those exercised only once twice week (p < 0.05). Sex-related also identified: average, male 9.8% than female However, among complex less frequently, not statistically significant. Correlation revealed significant associations between components, such functioning (PF), general (GH), (MH). Female exhibited greater number correlations indicating deeper mental-emotional state. findings highlight importance regular for students' health, particularly under martial law conditions.

Resilience is a fundamental personal trait that determines the ability of university students to effectively adapt challenges educational process, social environment, and stressful conditions, including wartime situation. The objective work was assess impact physical activity on level resilience in under war conditions substantiate effective approaches development psychological using recreational activity. Methods: theoretical analysis professional scientific methodological literature documentary materials, Internet resources; methods assessing activity, psychodiagnostic methods, mathematical statistics. study involved 40 with an average age 18.4 ± 0.8 years. Results. developed program health-enhancing (duration: 12 weeks, frequency: 80 minutes classes 3 days per week) included cardio strength exercises, breathing techniques, relaxation practices. effectiveness assessed within framework transformation pedagogical experiment. Changes were established female students. Most participants demonstrated increase overall particular, amount time spent medium high intensity increased. Stress tolerance indicators improved: number levels increased, respondents low significantly decreased. Conclusions. improves students' resilience, contributing reduction exhaustion, anxiety, depression, strengthens adaptive mechanisms emotional stability.
