Background. Obesity and associated diseases could substantially affect life expectancy by increasing the risks of premature mortality. Objective. To evaluate changes in age sex distribution adult mortality from obesity-associated causes Moscow 2011 to 2020 comparison average national indicators. Materials methods. The analysis focused on standardized death rates among population, categorized groups (aged 20–54, aged 55–59, 60 older). Results. In Moscow, atherosclerotic cardiovascular disease significantly reduced, especially persons 20–54. reduction rate cerebral infarction was higher individuals 55 older, across both sexes. Conversely, incidence ischemic heart has risen. study showed an increase endocrine diseases, including type 2 diabetes, which may be partly explained revised guidelines for coding primary death. addition, dynamic more favorable. malignant neoplasms were 8% lower than Russia, trends rather favorable, Russia. However, vary depending malignancy. Conclusions. The purpose of the work is to study: analyze modern data on problem suicidal behavior in structure diseases endocrine system, eating disorders and metabolic disorders. Materials methods. analysis 52 sources. search was carried out special medical resources, namely: RusMed, Medline, PubMed, Web Science. In addition, electronic libraries such as eLibrary were involved.RU, CyberLeninka Library dissertations abstracts Russia dslib.net. Results. An attempt has been made study phenomenon addition studying prevalence behaviors above diseases, features clinic depending duration stage somatic also described. risk higher than general population at all stages development disease treatment, including remission, underestimated by statistics. Conclusions. Diseases should be considered specialists potentially dangerous conditions. Suicidal activity these remains very high varies widely: from 0.10 65 %. greatest manifested patients with following diseases: diabetes mellitus, Hashimoto's thyroiditis, hypothyroidism, hyperthyroidism, obesity; Preventive strategies are proposed, which show importance screening network view incidence suicides specialists.
