Factors affecting the real estate market are of great importance worldwide. This study will investigate factors influencing Saudis to purchase estate. The examine effect attitude, subjective norm, perceived behavior control and demographics on intention Taking into account that (Citizenship) as a moderator, total 450 questionnaires were distributed respondents in Jeddah. Based 322 collected, results show there is positive significant relationship between Attitude, Subjective Norm toward estate, while Perceived Behavior Control has not. demographic found not have moderating independents customers' among Saudis.
