As a product of technological advancement, electronic management has become pivotal tool in modern administrative practices.It is acknowledged that organizational conflict, an almost ubiquitous phenomenon institutions, significant implications for productivity and workplace harmony.This study aimed to investigate the potential attenuating conflict within context Northern Technical University (NTU).Electronic was conceptualized as independent variable, with treated dependent variable.A questionnaire distributed sample leaders, responses were subsequently analyzed.The adopted hypothesis positing no effect on reducing conflict.Key findings include value integration interaction amongst units, essential balance between quality, cost, speed, accuracy activities, noted reduction cycle time executing operations.The results affirm relationship application at both micro macro levels.Based these findings, it recommended surveyed organization increases its focus tenets invests enhancing understanding concepts among managers employees.Additionally, efforts should be made augment organization's competency dimensions further develop skills managerial staff employees.

This paper focuses on the evolutionary behaviour and equilibrium strategy of digital platform manufacturing enterprises under mechanism reward punishment.Based finite rationality hypothesis, constructs evolution game model government, platform, enterprise studies factors that affect decision-making main body.The results show that:(1) Reasonable control amount government subsidies to platforms punishment is premise achieve best (enabling, innovation).( 2) The number products sold, influence coefficient enterprises' innovation business growth, excess returns obtained by risk are important affecting strategies each body; When scale small or low, probability choosing will be reduced, three parties may fall into path (punishment, empowerment, 3) establishment mechanisms can promote win-win development platforms.This study provide a beneficial decision basis for enterprises.

This paper provides a comprehensive review on the literature Central Banks Digital Currency and monetary policy, involving 293 published documents in scientific journals indexed by Scopus database from 2013 to 2022, focusing key influences intellectual structure.Bibliometric citation analysis approach was employed.RStudio, VOSviewer Excel software were used data analyses bibliometric testing.The authors discuss influential conceptual aspects of policy.The revealed that Journal JOURNAL OF PAYMENTS STRATEGY AND SYSTEMS is most cited source.Nevertheless, list papers reflects research this field still rare.Further, find Currencies discussed within context policy.This will contribute as guide future work policy.
