Background: Spiritual competence in nursing is essential providing holistic health services. Nurses are not only responsible for the physical aspects of patients but also psychological, social, and spiritual aspects. care an effort made to meet needs patient, which includes moral, emotional, religious values or beliefs that patient has. This study aims systematically review literature examining relationship between nurses' competence, delivery care, its impact on satisfaction levels. Methods: research method article employs a systematic methodology. The search was conducted September October 2024 using journal databases such as ScienceDirect, PubMed, ClinicalKey, Google Scholar. Results: A nurse's significantly influences quality provided patients. Further explore various dimensions spirituality outcomes. Conclusion: highlights critical role delivering effective improving satisfaction. Future should multidimensional their broader implications outcomes healthcare practices.
