Introduction: In the dynamic realm of education, incorporation Information and Communication Technology (ICT) has ushered in transformative shifts methods teaching learning. This study explores impact teacher professional development on interconnected dimensions internet self-efficacy ICT competencies within context vocational high schools.Methods: The research employs a carefully designed survey instrument featuring 56 items, adapted from previous studies. Targeting school teachers across six Regencies Central Java Province, Indonesia, utilized clustered random sampling technique to select sample size 150 schools. employed Partial Least Square Structural Equation Modelling (PLS-SEM) analyze relationships among development, self-efficacy, competencies.Results: yields four notable results. First, teachers' positively impacts their self-efficacy. Second, competencies. Third, Teachers' influences Fourth, there is mediated link between through self-efficacy.Conclusions: underscores importance personal for improving Policymakers should consider tailored training programs enhance skills, promoting better technology integration improved education.
