An expected increase in the number of workplaces Arctic macro-region will require a lot available local workforce. However, currently working age population is declining markedly there. Between 2014 and 2020, decreased everywhere, except Yamal Nenets Autonomous Area; decrease was most apparent Arkhangelsk region, Murmansk Komi Republic. Fluctuations share region Area practically have same dynamic as country whole (the decline equals 2–3 %). The greatest declines (5–7 %) were observed Magadan Chukotka, Mortality rates tend to be higher than national average rate due uncomfortable climate, long distances between settlements basic healthcare facilities, some other reasons. A current mortality among has not reached its level yet. major causes elevated include ischemic heart disease (in region); stroke Karelia Republic); external including accidental alcohol poisoning Karelia, Republic, region). Health capital is a component of human providing link to health and being which one the main determinants economic growth. Until present, empirical modeling greatly depends on selection indicators fromroutinely collected statistical indicators. The aim study perform comparative analysis available routinely by Rosstat in Unified Interagency Information Statistical System (EMISS) assess their usefulness for building models as indicator. Methods. We performed systemanalysis theoretical concepts following indicators: life expectancy at birth, healthy expectancy, 15 years, proportion population (proportion disabled) healthcare costs. Results. proposed authors were classified according World Bank Logframe methodology within framework "input-output-outcome-impact" approach. Based capital, regions Russian Federation ranked, studied properties evaluated. Conclusion. It has been established that when choosing an indicator it necessary rely characteristics qualitative formulated - validity, universality, collectability stability must correspond research tasks models. "Healthy expectancy" "actual per capita care expenses" are two satisfied requirements. results can be used regional governments developing long-term public policies monitoring quality population.

Background: functional status at the onset of stroke is an important component that determines treatment and rehabilitation tactics. Aims: to study relationship between gender age characteristics, type, comorbid status, travel time hospital severity state hospitalization in patients with living Arkhangelsk region. Materials methods: a retrospective longitudinal study, factors influencing patient’s were studied: gender, age, concomitant diseases, hospital. Multivariate analyzes performed on models assessing outcome by mean National Institutes Health Stroke Scale (NIHSS) score as relative risk (RR) using Poisson regression; median regression (MR) for NIHSS; MR modified Rankin scale (mRs). Results: The included 5221 people acute period stroke. With increasing number NIHSS scores increased, significantly over 70. In women, average was 1.11 times higher men (95% CI: 1.08; 1.13), mRs 0.2 lower 0.08; 0.33). value hemorrhagic (HS) 1.3 1.24;1.34) than cardioembolic (CES), HS 0 .7 0.46: 1.04). As decreased. Arterial hypertension (AH) increased 1.16 1.09;1.23), obesity 1.10;1.21), CHF 1.13 1.10;1.16), CKD 1.12 1.09;1.16), cancer 6% 1.01 ;1.10) coronary heart disease 3% 1.00;1.05). When assessed mRS, only presence 0.05, 0.35). Conclusions: main predictors hospitalization, which appeared all models, female elderly senile CHF. studied are not same significance degree influence when different scales.

It is important to estimate effectiveness and results achieved by measures implemented within the 'Clean Air' Federal project as regards public health in cities included into it.The aim of this study was analyze changes levels ambient air pollution airborne risks dynamics over 2020-2022 whether aimed at reduction emissions were adequate risk rates factors. The relied on analyzing field observations quality social hygienic monitoring.Monitoring covered priority chemicals that made 95 % contributions impermissible according dispersion calculations.Risk assessment performed per standard algorithms indicators.Adequacy protection correctness its orientation estimated Norilsk an example city. The established harmful higher than standards analyzed period all participating project. We did not detect any significant pollution; there no positive trends either. In 2022, a respiratory diseases under chronic exposure ranked high (hazard index or HI 10.5÷43) Chelyabinsk, Mednogorsk, Norilsk, Krasnoyarsk, Lipetsk, Chita; it 'alerting' Bratsk, Chita, Novokuznetsk, Magnitogorsk, Omsk (HI 4.0÷5.8),A permissible identified only Cherepovets (HI<3).So far, reductions pollutants declared economic entities have ensured absence 11 out 12 cities.Ungrounded 20 experiment failure consider indicators when setting quotas for can lead substantial effects cities. In some cases, may even result excessive spending activities do influence sanitary-hygienic situation.

Introduction. Studies show that coronary atherosclerosis and artery disease in the Arctic Subarctic regions have their own characteristics need to be further studied. Aim. To conduct a comparative prospective analysis of clinical, laboratory, echocardiographic angiography data middle-aged residents compared with south Tyumen region. Material methods. From Coronary Angiography Registry we selected 229 patients mean age 45-59 years who underwent more than once between 2000 2021. The average interval 1st 2nd survey points was 9.0±3.4 years. Patients verify diagnosis, stable old myocardial infarction were included. Individuals acute syndrome not divided into 2 groups: 85 region 144 Yamal-Nenets Autonomous Okrug. Differences groups dynamics studied parameters assessed using application package IBM SPSS Statistics 21. Results discussion. comparable demographic characteristics. Initially, cardiovascular status severe Okrug group patients: (II III) functional classes exertional angina history infarction, hemodynamically significant lesions, including occlusion, common. In group, level high-density lipoprotein cholesterol initially lower. During follow-up period, obesity echo-signs post-infarction changes detected often, higher asynergy index triglyceride levels recorded. Intergroup differences incidence occlusive lesions persisted. Conclusion. 9-year follow-up, elective lived zone had baseline indicators status, as well negative
