This study investigated the association between intern doctors' performance as assessed by their peers and academic in medical school. A retrospective cohort analysis was conducted with 21 graduates from a South Korean school who interned at an affiliated center. Participants underwent bi-annual peer evaluation for evaluations using 5-point Likert scale on professionalism, clinical competencies, interpersonal skills. Associations ratings grade point average (GPA), exit assessment scores, Medical Licensing Examination (KMLE) scores were analyzed. Peer showed moderate to strong positive associations assessments KMLE but no relationship cumulative GPAs. correlated more strongly objective structured examinations than written tests. students' outcomes KMLEs, especially tests, are predictors of doctors. These findings highlight value predicting suggest need comprehensive authentic methods enhance predictive validity.
