Artificial intelligence (AI) has shown its ability to transform academic writing and publishing. It offers significant benefits, including enhancing efficiency, consistency, integrity, However, these advancements are accompanied by ethical concerns (particularly around authorship, originality, transparency) the need for human oversight in peer review editorial processes. In this study we explore AI ethics checks journal submissions. Specific platforms-such as YesChat bias detection, Turnitin's iThenticate plagiarism, Proofig image GPTZero AI-generated content-can identify breaches through tailored prompts queries. Additionally, is increasingly used detect missing or vague statements, conflicts of interest, citation manipulation analyzing structured text databases. AI-enhanced tools like Elsevier's Editorial Manager Enago Read assist ensuring compliance with journal-specific guidelines streamline review. Moreover, emerging algorithms, such CIDRE, have promise identifying abnormal behaviors. As accuracy improves, platforms expected be integrated directly into submission systems, research transparency, accountability.
